Rebecca M. Greendyke

Professional Experience

Becky Greendyke became an associate with the firm in 2014. Becky is an attorney licensed in the States of Ohio and Wyoming and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, with a minor in Intellectual Property, Cyberlaw, and Creativity. She worked as a patent attorney for the United States Air Force from 2011-14. She has been published in the University of Dayton Law Review, as well as numerous scientific journals.


Becky’s practice focuses primarily on patent matters, including client counseling regarding preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications and patentability, infringement, clearance, and validity opinions. She has experience in a wide variety of technology areas such as materials handling vehicles, polymers and composites, and personal hygiene products.
